1. Refund Eligibility
- Monthly Subscription Plans: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond 24 hours, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
- Yearly Subscription Plans: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Beyond 7 days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
- One-Time Purchases / Add-ons: Unless explicitly stated, one-time purchases are non-refundable.
2. Subscription Cancellations
- Customers may cancel their recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) at any time from their account settings or by contacting our support team.

- Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@operativeai.in with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds cannot be credited to any alternate account or method.

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
a. You changed your mind after purchase.
b. You purchased the wrong plan by mistake.
c. You do not have sufficient technical knowledge to use the product.
d. You purchased the product for goodwill or personal reasons without intending to use it.
e. You request a refund after the applicable refund window (24 hours for monthly plans, 7 days for yearly plans).
